Pure, unadulterated silliness.
The Arizona Immigration law has been roundly criticized by many high ranking officials in the Obama White House. Unfortunately for the President, when his officials have been asked whether or not they have read the 17 pages, each one has answered that no, they have not read the law.
Arizona Governor Brewer has decided to poke fun of these officials by producing the following video.
Does it explain the law, no; does it add anything substantial to the debate, no; is it a childish and silly way to make fun of your political opponents, most definitely.

Absolutely perfect summation!. If I were smarter, that would have come up with that on my own, it would have been the title of this post.
I thought is was quite good & deserving to the people who oppose something they havn’t even taken the time to read. The Obama admin. pretty much said what they usually say. Duh!
Yes, the Sesame Street theme juxtaposed against the message of, reading is fundamental to understanding, got the message across very well.
