Let me see if I have this right. As Pennsylvanians protest outside of legislator’s offices, are calling Congress in record numbers and are currently flooding Washington DC by the thousands in order to express their position on the Healthcare Reform Bill, Mark Critz remains silent?
As a candidate for the his former boss’ Congressional seat in PA-12, Mark Critz does not even have an opinion on the bill?
Several days ago, Critz’s opponent in the PA-12 special election Tim Burns (R) asked Critz to state his position:
“Mark Critz has been a candidate for Congress for three weeks, and he is running on his experience working in a congressional office. I find it hard to believe that he doesn’t know how he would vote on this bill that will impact every single American,”
Critz has not answered.
How is it possible that a candidate for Congress has not formed an opinion on the Bill? Is the issues too difficult for him?
More likely, Critz is an absolute coward and rather than standing up and defending a position that he know is incredibly unpopular with his constituents, he hides away hoping that no one is noticing his silence. We hear you Mark Critz, loud and clear.
