Dirty Tricks in the California Senate Race

June 7, 2010

Its Primary Election Eve in California and the dirty tricks have started.

California has the toughest Robocall law in the nation, but that does not fit into Carly Fiorina’s plans.

So Carly goes for the technicality.

Fiorina’s campaign is making robocalls, but the calls are coming form out of state, so technically they do not violate California law.

Sadly, Fiorina is showing her true colors with this act; shipping jobs out of state in order violate the rights of Californians without technically breaking California law.

And another reason to vote for Chuck DeVore in Tuesday’s primary.

Wow. I didn’t know those were illegal. I’ve gotten tons of those from Meg Whitman and Steve Poizner as well as Carly Fiorina.

Sadly, its true, but many candidates have used the loophole to get around the law.
